Errik Anderson


Mr. Anderson is a bioengineer, entrepreneur and investor who has founded or co-founded seven venture backed biotech companies in the last 20 years including Adimab, Compass Therapeutics, Alloy Therapeutics, Alector, Arsanis and Avitide. He is the founder and CEO of Ulysses Diversified Holdings, where he supports entrepreneurially-minded people building for-profit companies that make the world a better place, with a heavy focus on biotech, healthcare services and health IT.

Mr. Anderson started his career in venture capital at Lehman Brothers Venture Capital and worked briefly at Bristol-Myers Squibb in marketing. He received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar. He studied Bioengineering as a graduate student at the Thayer School of Engineering and received his AB in Economics from Dartmouth College. He is the vice chairman of Major League Rugby and an owner of the Boston-based New England Free Jacks professional rugby club.
